(Almost) Christmas Eve

Ugh... I did it again.  I started to blog before deciding what I'm going to say...

REDO

AGAIN!?!?

REDO OF THE REDO

Tonight I get to go to the candle light service at my Grandma's church!!!  I'm really excited!  'Cause guess what?  We get to hold candles!  IT'S SO COOL!!!

Ahem...
Well, I don't really know what else to say... So why don't you guys?  Leave a comment about what you're going to do tonight.  And then I will read them.  Yay!

  1. We had a candlelight service, too. Only your cousin A and I got to go because K and your uncle both had to work, but what they were doing was pretty important, taking care of old people who don't have any way to care for themselves. I was proud of them.

Anyway, we had a choir, and I played violin for the offertory music. We only do the candle part at the end, when we sing Silent Night (with one verse in German) with all the lights out in the church and only the candles lighting things. And then the minister stands in the middle of the church with the Bible and we all turn and hold our candles out to try to give him enough light to read John 1. It's beautiful. I just wish the whole service could be by candlelight.
